Kingdom Quest: Week 8

Prayer is not about informing, instructing, or influencing God. It is about inviting Him into whatever you are facing and building a genuine relationship with Him. In Luke 18, Jesus told a parable about a persistent widow to show His disciples that they should always pray and never give up. In Matthew 7, He gave a practical framework: keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking. These are not one-time actions but ongoing postures of humility, passion, and persistence. God is not like an unjust judge who must be worn down. He is a good Father who hears you, loves you, and gives good gifts. The goal of prayer is not to pull God toward your will, but to align your will with His. Do not lose heart. He is leaning in.
