Come And See: Week 3

Life has a way of stacking burdens on us until we feel like we can't hold it all together. The story of Jairus in Mark 5 speaks directly to that experience. A man of status and standing, Jairus humbled himself completely before Jesus when his daughter was dying, carrying the weight of fear, desperation, delay, and defeat. In his darkest moment, Jesus spoke four words that changed everything: Don't be afraid, just believe. Jesus doesn't always remove our burdens instantly, but He invites us to carry them with Him. Whatever you are holding today, bring it to Jesus personally, bow low, and keep walking with Him even when the news is bad.
